• Verify cooling performance, temperature drop & determine if adjustments are necessary.
• Clean outdoor condensing coil and remove debris from unit.
• Check condenser fan motor operation and lubricate if required.
• Check compressor amperage and operation.
• Check operation and condition of compressor contraction.
• Inspect and tighten all electrical connections.
• Check refrigerant level and operating pressures.
• Flush condensate drain and protect against blockages & water leaks.
• Inspect indoor evaporator coil (if accessible).
• Inspect blower assembly, lubricate motor (if required) and adjust if necessary.
• Evaluate condition of indoor air-filtration devices and clean/replace if needed.
